Dr. Paul J. Pavlik
Financial Consultant
Develops financial proformas and evaluates impact of marketing plans on businesses
As a business professional with more than 34 years of experience, Dr. Pavlik understands the daily responsibilities involved in running a business.
As our chief financial analyst for the Genimation Group, he established Tracker Enterprises to help other business professionals achieve financial success with unique concepts and tools previously unavailable – tools that do not replace, but significantly augment information typically received from an accountant, bookkeeper, and/or software management program. His company offers services and products, including a number of financial management tools and financial forecasting proprietary software that allow business owners to use operational management concepts and do “What If” scenarios. He consults with companies that have as few as three individuals to companies with over six hundred employees. Tracker Enterprises has earned the reputation of being these companies’ “part-time” or “virtual” CFO.
After retiring from family practice in 1998, Dr. Pavlik became President and CEO of a Colorado-based think-tank dedicated to healthcare research. Paul also served as a liaison between The Prudential Insurance Company and Colorado dentists and was Vice President of Western Regional Operations for a Florida-based healthcare company. Additional credentials include Doctor of Dental Medicine, graduate studies in physiology, scientific researcher, financial forecasting researcher and coach, educator, clinical and practice management consultant, author, and speaker.
Dr. Pavlik is currently developing a financial forecasting software program called IFF…™ (“Intuitive Financial Forecasting”). He writes a bi-weekly e-newsletter, Tracker Tips, which is read by hundreds of business executives, managers and their teams. Paul is also currently authoring books including “Operational Management in the Boardroom,” “WIN3,” “The Ten Commitments,” and “The Spaghetti Chronicles.”
Dr. Pavlik has held membership in the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Colorado Springs Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, International Congress of Oral
Implantologists, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Association of Oral Medicine Toxicology, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Dental Consultants, and the American Academy of Dental Group Practice.
Paul feels that the variety of experiences in his career allows him to offer a "big picture" perspective without losing sight of the details. He enjoys helping people discover and rediscover their direction and how their decisions affect them both now and in the future.
