Provide interim operational management and coaching to CEOs and Vice Presidents of venture backed software start-ups. Provide investment due diligence and operational assessments for venture capital portfolio companies. Interim CEO at Mobilize, Inc., a Colorado-based software company in the mobility applications market. Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for SHC Ambeo, a Colorado-based software company in the privacy and performance management market. Prior to that she was a general partner. Responsible for raising and investing funds for Catalyst Entrepreneurial Fund I, LP, which was managed by Catalyst Partners, Inc. Sole responsibility for all aspects of this $10M venture capital partnership. Member of the Board of Directors for 4 of the 5 portfolio companies.

CATALYST VENTURE MANAGEMENT, LLC

General Partner: Responsible for all aspects of venture capital investing and some aspects of fund administration for the $10M Catalyst InfoTech Development Fund, LP. Sourced the opportunity, negotiated terms, and participated in interim management roles in 4 of the 6 portfolio companies. On the Board of Directors for 5 of the 6 portfolio companies.

AURUM SOFTWARE, INC. 

Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, Engineering, Consulting and Customer Support: Responsible for software engineering, consulting and customer support operational business units. Responsible for re-engineering the organization and products of this application software vendor in the Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation marketplace. Involved in technology selection for next generation, object oriented product design and implementation of the first mobile sales force automation solution in the marketplace.

SYBASE, INC. 

Vice President, Customer Service and Support: Direct responsibility for worldwide service and support organization that includes Corporate Technical Service Center, Customer Service, Education Division, Corporate Technical Services and European Technical Services groups. Indirect responsibility for Field Technical Services organization that includes the technical service counterpart to the field sales teams. Fiscal responsibility for combined maintenance and education service revenues of approximately $25M and operating expense budgets of approximately $12M.
